The 3 hour hands-on Thai cooking experience with Chef Ha Nguyen was a culinary experience where we learned to make quick, healthy and authentic dishes including Fish Cakes and Dipping Sauce, fresh Thai Beef Salad, Green Chicken Curry and Mango Sticky Rice.
Otao Kitchen is a brilliant place to learn about the vibrant and aromatic ingredients that make up Asian cuisine. Using these ingredients and with Ha as your guide you will learn to create a menu of amazing Asian recipes using the freshest locally-sourced ingredients.
