Upcoming Event: Oyster Frenzy @ Albert Park Hotel

Melbourne’s seafood enthusiasts converge on the Albert Park Hotel to celebrate Australia’s best oyster varieties, in all their briny glory at Oyster Frenzy # 7.
Oyster Frenzy is a decadent celebration of the mouthwatering mollusc, where guests are invited – in fact encouraged – to slurp as many of the just-shucked delicacies as their deep sea heart’s desire!

Chef Paul Wilson and his team of shuckers are ready to break records, with 11, 670 the number to beat in 2013.

Get your shuck on with 2 events on Thursday 20 June and Thursday 22 August. Tickets cost $75 and include UNLIMITED oysters, Laurent Perrier on arrival, seafood canapés, unlimited Jansz, wine, and boutique beer.
