Little Sunflower Cafe

Little Sunflower excites with a menu that features healthy but delicious food, great coffee and a relaxed vibe.

The café is led by passionate owners Grant Waters and Angie Robertson who boast a combined 10 years’ experience in Melbourne hospitality. We adored the sustainable approach to dining which focuses on providing natural whole foods and free range ethical nutrient dense produce.
We loved the Buddha Bowls. Nutrient packed bowls of delicious vibrant vegetables (both raw and cooked), legumes, grains, seeds and shoots with the option of adding a protein.
Buddha Bowl - Green tea noodles

The Cold Green tea noodle bowl featured perfectly cooked, slippery green tea noodles adorned with edamame, turtle beans, bean shoots, sweet potato, watercress, luxuriously fresh avocado and wonderfully flavoursome kimchi.
Buddha Bowl - Pumpkin and chickpea coconut curry

The pumpkin and chickpea curry was comfort food at its best. Seasoned to perfection, the curry broth possessed punchy flavours and went well with the nutty black rice and tender chicken.
Lemon, turmeric & quinoa pancakes, mascarpone, organic maple syrup (gf)

The lemon and turmeric pancakes were yet another highlight - A delicious take on a simple breakfast favourite that amalgamates the best things in life. The pancakes were fluffy and moist and embellished with mascarpone, organic maple syrup. We loved the earthy, gingery flavours of turmeric.
Armed with amiable staff and a great selection of honestly prepared healthy food and beverage, Little Sunflower puts most cafes to shame.
