My friends know this restaurant as ‘that Vietnamese place with the hot waitress’. I frequent this restaurant to check out the waitress but I stay for the Bun (pronounced ‘boon’).

As far as buns go, this place serves the very best I have had in Melbourne. The rice vermicelli tossed in beautifully fresh salad greens and herbs are a perfect summer meal. Their nuoc mam sauce is always well balanced and beautifully flavoured. It is always a treat.
